Paolo Sari & Bristot Coffee for Light

Paolo Sari, in collaboration with Bristot, a 100 years old coffee production and roasting expert, has selected and signed a new organic and fair trade coffee. Very selected beans, gently roasted and assembled. A blend with extraordinary taste and aroma. Certified organic because it fully reflects the philosophy of Paolo Sari: traceability, transparency, careful selection, respect for nature and the consumer. The "Organic-Bio" Bristot coffee was selected by the first Michelin-starred Chef in the world and certified 100% organic.

The sale of this new coffee will also help fournishing the school and the village of Ampampamena in Madagascar with electricity. In fact for every kg of coffee sold, 1 € will be dedicated to the purchase and commissioning of solar panels to guarantee electricity.
